Tom Degear

Tom DeGear is an experienced professional in product management and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Link Logistics since March 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Information Technology at ShopCore Properties, where Tom established an internal IT department focused on strategic initiatives. Tom's background also includes serving as a Systems Administrator at Mac Properties and Cardinal Intellectual Property, and as a Sales Operations Specialist at Outcome Health. Tom began their career as a Mathematics Tutor at City Colleges of Chicago. Tom holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago-College of Business Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
