At Link to Life, we support people living with disability to feel more connected, understood and supported in their everyday lives.

We work with individuals aged  6 – 75, with a strong focus on people living with psychosocial disabilities, neurodivergence, and mental health conditions. We also support participants with more complex needs through our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

Whether it’s building confidence, getting out into the community, or simply having someone who genuinely “gets it,” we’re here to walk alongside each person in a way that feels right for them.
