Matt Rita

Matt Rita is a Managing Director at Link and a former federal and state court litigator. For more than two decades he represented both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including logistics, information systems, healthcare, and financial services. In contrast to his past advocacy before trial judges and appellate tribunals, much of Matt’s work for Link takes place behind the scenes and off the record. He serves as a ready (and discreet) sounding board when challenging compliance issues, sensitive personnel matters, or other potential distractions to the management teams arise.
