Sam Billin

Sam Billin is the founder and President of Linkan Engineering, where the individual has served as Chief Executive Officer since May 2012. Prior to this role, Sam Billin was the Global Mine Water Treatment Practice Leader at Tetra Tech from August 2001 to May 2012, focusing on comprehensive water management for clients in the mining sector. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering and Architecture Services at Knight Piesold from January 2000 to July 2001, Manager of Nevada Operations, and Senior Engineer at Hydrometrics, Inc. from January 1991 to December 1999. Sam Billin holds a Master of Science in Groundwater Hydrogeology from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
