João André

João André is a Business Manager at Linkare TI in Belgium, where they focus on business development and customer relations in custom software solutions. With a background in marketing and operations management, João has previously held internships in trade policy at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union and served as a sports manager with the Federação Portuguesa de Tiro com Arco. Additionally, João founded Sportwink and has been a board member of the Belgian-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce since 2022. They hold a PhD in Political Theory, International Relations, and Human Rights from the University of Évora, alongside master's degrees in International Relations and Sports Management.
