Diego Parra has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2007. In 2010, they began working as a Computer Technician at Justone Informatica, where they gained experience in Windows 2003/2008 server deployments, configuration, and migration services, as well as Linux firewall implementations, Proxy Squid, and file sharing with Samba. In 2011, they worked as a Support Analyst at Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Bernardo do Campo. In 2012, they began working as an Infrastructure Analyst at Argon Informatica, where they were responsible for server deployment, switch and router configuration, and PostgreSQL database installation and configuration. In 2016, they started working as a Linux System Administrator at UNINOVE, where they managed the entire Linux environment and implemented a continuous integration system for the tests environment. In 2017, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Mira Educação, where they dockerized the microservices and created an internal development environment using a docker swarm cluster and Jenkins of CI. In 2018, they began working as a DevOps Engineer at Linkfire, where they built the new Kubernetes EKS platform with multi-region clusters and +500 nodes, migrated legacy applications to k8s, used Terraform to automate and maintain the AWS resources, and generated cost-efficiency with k8s and EC2 spot/Reserved Instances.

Diego Parra has a strong educational background in computer networks and information technology. Diego completed a Tecnologia em Redes de Computadores degree from Anhanguera Educacional between 2012 and 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Técnico em Informatica degree from Senac in 2009.
