Sonya Taylor

Sonya Taylor has extensive experience in recruitment and operations within the corporate and marine sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Improvement Advisor - Recruitment at Linkforce since May 2015, Sonya has also held roles including Recruitment Operations Lead and Senior Recruitment Officer, focusing on corporate and senior site recruitment. Prior to Linkforce, Sonya worked as an Operations Coordinator at Programmed Marine from November 2013 to January 2015, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Programmed Construction & Maintenance from May 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, Sonya was a Temp Desk Manager and Recruitment Consultant at Ambrosini Professional Placements from September 2007 to February 2009.
