Rafal Swirk has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and leadership roles. Rafal is currently working as a Senior .NET developer at Link Group. Prior to that, they worked at FotoFinder Systems GmbH as a Senior C#/WPF developer, where they focused on improving FotoFinder Universe application and solving performance issues related to the WPF framework.

Rafal also has experience as a Team leader of the WPF team at TrichoLAB, where they ensured the appropriate standard of the software development process and organized a branch of the company in Rzeszów. Rafal provided training to the team and promoted good programming practices.

Before that, Rafal worked at Enformatic Systems Sp. z o.o. as a Team leader and software developer, where they were responsible for creating dendrogram and distance matrix controls in the WPF library. Rafal also worked on web application implementation using the Wt framework.

Additionally, Rafal has experience as a Lecturer at Microsoft Sp. z o.o., where they participated in the "School of New Technologies" program and conducted classes for students. Rafal also worked briefly as a serviceman of computer hardware and software at Telewizja Polska S.A.

Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Software Engineering. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Rafal Swirk continued their education at Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza and obtained a Master of Science degree in IT.
