Elise Williams

Elise Williams is a sustainability and social impact leader with over 18 years of experience in ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, marketing communications, and project management. They have held prominent roles, including Senior Manager of Sustainability at Westpac Group and Community Engagement Manager at DLA Piper, where they advanced social impact initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Currently, Elise serves as the Global Head of Sustainability at MUFG Pension & Market Services and is also the Director of Flight Path Wine Bar, focusing on sustainable business practices. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Sydney and has completed various specialized courses in marketing and project management.
