Jim Simpson is a Senior Manager at Capita Asset Services (UK) Ltd, responsible for restructuring and recovery of commercial real estate loans across Europe. Their career began with Thames Valley Police from 1974 to 1984, before transitioning to a role as a Commercial Litigation Lawyer at Howes Percival until 1992. Subsequently, Jim was a partner and Head of Commercial Litigation at Shoosmiths, where they advised on a range of property disputes and food law. They later served as Head of Commercial Loan Documentation and Recoveries at Nationwide Building Society from 2006 to 2011. Jim holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Coventry University.
