Justin Smith is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in client relationships and strategic management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at MUFG Pension & Market Services since 2024, they previously held roles including Director of Client Relationships Europe and Client Strategy Director at Link Group. Justin also worked as a Relationship Director and Head of Key Accounts at Equiniti and gained foundational experience as a Project Manager and Relationship Manager there. They are a Prince2 Qualified Practitioner, having completed the certification in 2007.
