Katie Gould is currently the Head of Governance and Financial Crime (MLRO) at MUFG Pension & Market Services, a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Katie worked at Capita from 2007 to 2017 as a Senior Compliance Manager and MLRO, specializing in financial crime and AML while also possessing extensive knowledge of FCA requirements. They began their career as an Assistant Manager in Fraud at LloydsTSB Registrars from 2006 to 2007. Katie holds a BSc (hons) in Human Sciences from the University of Sussex and has completed A levels in Psychology and Health and Social Care at Worthing Sixth Form College.
