Linking Dreams exists to inspire the world to be more inclusive of everyone.

We are the “missing link” for people, organizations, and enterprises to “think outside the box” with our wide array of culturally conscious strategy consulting, advising, training, and program design services.

Our customers trust us most because we emphasize the importance of creating a welcoming environment to discuss sensitive topics related to people and culture. We understand that problems cannot be solved with black and white thinking; thus, we view culture in a relative context that bears in mind identity status, location, demography, education, economic conditions, ability or any aspect that may create impact when navigating change.

To ensure a non-bias view, we leverage a global network of partners that align with our mission and we custom-design all of our training, programs, and advising services, tailored to the needs of our customers.

Our clients include a wide range of individuals, teams, leaders, organizations, businesses, systems, and enterprises. We have worked with more than 1,000 organizations for over 20 years and continue to build our network of partners!

Our specializations include Future of Work Advocacy and Open Talent Platform Capacity Building, LGBTQ+ Subject Matter Experts, Entrepreneur Coaching, and curated resource list making.
