Karen Winter

Karen Winter has had a successful career in technology and finance. Karen started as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns in 1990, where they worked until 2006. Karen then joined BlackRock as a Managing Director, where they took on various roles including Chief Administrative Officer for Aladdin & Technology. Karen was also a key member of the senior technology team during BlackRock's acquisition of Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Barclays Global Investors. In 2011, Karen became the Chief Technology Officer at LinkIt!, where they were responsible for developing technology solutions to improve student performance in K-12 schools.
