Kelly Klinger has extensive work experience in the education sector. Kelly currently works at LinkIt! as a Sr. Account Director & Educational Consultant, responsible for managing accounts and providing professional development to school leaders and staff. Prior to this, they worked at Pan American Academy Charter School as a Dean of Data and Assessment, where they facilitated data analysis and implementation of strategies based on student data. Kelly also worked as a Teacher and Master Teacher at Pan American Academy Charter, focusing on incorporating inquiry-based instruction and technology-based learning. Additionally, they were a Training Specialist & Project Manager for Service Learning at EDSI and a Teacher/Head Teacher at Chambersburg Area School District, where they developed mathematics curriculum and common assessments. Kelly started their career as a Teacher at Washington County Public Schools. Kelly has a strong background in data analysis, instructional practices, and curriculum development in the education field.

Kelly Klinger earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Mount St. Mary's University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following their undergraduate degree, they obtained certification in Elementary Education K - 6 from the Pa. Department of Education in July 2002.

In 2006, Kelly pursued further education and received a Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Their studies continued until 2008.

Kelly also obtained additional certifications from the Pa. Department of Education. In July 2004, they received certification in Mid-Level Mathematics 7-9. Later, in November 2012, they obtained a K - 12 Principal and Supervisor certification.
