Ryan Winter

Ryan Winter has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Ryan started their career at Credit Suisse where they worked as an Associate & Analyst, focusing on software companies. During their time there, they executed underwriting transactions, performed quantitative analyses, and researched industry landscapes.

After their tenure at Credit Suisse, Winter joined Rudman Capital as a Senior Equity Analyst. In this role, they managed a $200M long/short equity fund and introduced several core positions that greatly impacted portfolio performance. Winter utilized various financial analysis methods, including company models, comparable company analysis, DCF analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.

Winter then moved on to Knowledge Investment Partners, where they served as a Senior Equity Analyst. Here, they analyzed and researched the education industry, including K-12, higher education, and corporate training sectors. Ryan'sresponsibilities included conducting extensive research, building financial models, and managing relationships with portfolio companies.

Most recently, Winter has taken on leadership roles at LinkIt!, a position they have held since 2008. Ryan first served as the President and later became the CEO & President. These roles involve overall management and strategic decision-making for the company.

Throughout their career, Winter has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, research, and portfolio management. Ryan has a strong track record of success and has contributed significantly to the companies they have worked for.

Ryan Winter attended Princeton University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Economics. In 1998, they also briefly studied Economics at UNSW.
