Doug Tween

Partner

Doug Tween is a distinguished Partner and head of the US Government Enforcement and Cartel group at Linklaters, with extensive courtroom experience in white collar criminal and regulatory investigations. Serving since November 2015, Doug is based in the New York and Washington offices. Additionally, Doug has been active with the American Bar Association since August 2005, currently as Chair of the Programs Committee for the Antitrust Law Section, and has held various leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Partner at Baker McKenzie, where Doug led the White Collar Practice Group, and as a Trial Attorney with the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division from 1990 to 2005. Doug began his legal career as a Law Clerk for Judge William H. Timbers at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Educational credentials include a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA from Columbia University.
