Mark Veitch

Mark Veitch is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction, energy, and infrastructure law. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Asia Construction at Linklaters since October 2021, Mark specializes in large-scale projects and energy transition. Prior roles include Of Counsel and Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2011 to October 2021, as well as Senior Associate in International Projects and Construction at King and Spalding from January 2009 to July 2011. Mark has also gained valuable experience through a secondment at E.ON Ruhrgas AG and positions at Maxwell Winward LLP, Tube Lines, and Heynike Incorporated Attorneys. Mark holds an LLB in Commercial, Corporate, and Banking Law and a BComm in Law, Accounting, Economics, and Business Management from Stellenbosch University.
