Max K.

Max K. is a legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as a Partner at Linklaters since January 2017, Max has also held the positions of Managing Associate and Associate within the same firm. Prior to Linklaters, Max worked as a Legal Secondee at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and gained experience as an Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from February 2011 to January 2017. Max's expertise includes advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, corporate reorganisations, office holder appointments, and business/asset sales. Additionally, Max served briefly in a restructuring legal role at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCL and a LPC (Merit) from BPP Law School.
