Kresimir Profaca

Kresimir Profaca has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Kresimir is currently the CEO at Links since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TMF Group from 2019 to 2022, serving as the Country Director for TMF Adria and General Manager for Croatia and Cluster Solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Zagreb-Montaza d.o.o as the CFO/COO. Kresimir also worked at Kozmo d.o.o. from 2010 to 2015, first as the CEO and later as the CFO/COO. Kresimir was the CEO of Telcro Grupa from 2006 to 2009, leading the startup company in all aspects. Before that, they worked at T-Mobile as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2006. Kresimir also gained valuable experience at Palarco, Inc. as a Project leader and consultant from 1997 to 2002, and at SSA, IMI, and FedEx as a consultant during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Kresimir Profaca completed their BSEE degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu between 1992 and 1996. Kresimir further pursued their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Strategic Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership from INSEAD in the year 2003.
