Andy Torkelson

Andy Torkelson is a senior associate data scientist with a background in environmental engineering and global health. He received a Ph.D. in environmental engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where he focused on water filtration and pathogens. He developed a passion for data science while analyzing results for his dissertation and continued in data-focused roles at the University of Washington and Insight Data Science prior to joining Linksbridge. He has expertise in WASH, statistical analysis, machine learning, and science communication.
