Lena Stashko

Lena Stashko is a senior consultant at Sassenach with a background in global health, infectious diseases, and epidemiology. Lena holds an MSPH in international health and a certificate in vaccine science and policy from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in public health from Tulane University. Prior to joining Sassenach, Lena specialized in vaccination coverage, sustainable financing, maternal immunization, and clinical trials through work at the World Health Organization, the Sabin Vaccine Institute, the Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health, and UC Davis Health. Lena has also worked in Peru on a randomized controlled trial for clean cookstoves to improve household air pollution.
