Victor Li

Victor Li has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Victor is currently working as a Tech Lead at Linksight MPC, where they lead a team of developers in designing and delivering privacy-preserving data collaboration software using secure multi-party computation. Victor collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to define technical solutions and project timelines, and they are involved in the full software development lifecycle using agile methodologies.

Prior to their current role, Victor worked at TNO as a Cyber Security Researcher & Innovator. Victor conducted research and implemented innovative concepts related to vulnerability research and secure multi-party computation within the Cyber Security domain. Victor also worked on a secure data analytics pilot that utilized secure multi-party computation and blockchain to analyze real patient data while maintaining patient privacy.

Before TNO, Victor held positions at Fox-IT as a Network Security Engineer and SOC Security Analyst. In their role as a Network Security Engineer, they managed remote network sensors and wrote automation scripts to improve efficiency in network traffic monitoring. As a SOC Security Analyst, Victor analyzed and correlated security incidents and communicated findings to customers.

In addition, Victor worked as a Software Engineer at Service Highway, where they developed various iOS and Android applications. During their time at SWYCS, they worked as a Software Engineer and developed firmware and software for an IoT gateway. Victor also worked as an iOS App Developer, both on a freelance basis for SWYCS and as an employee at Kojac CV. Victor's earliest work experience was as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft, where they assisted with a programming course for Mechanical Engineering students.

Victor Li completed their VWO at Hofstad Lyceum from 2006 to 2012. Victor then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at Delft University of Technology, graduating in 2015. Victor continued their studies at Delft University of Technology, completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from 2015 to 2018.

During their educational journey, Victor also had the opportunity to participate in a Master Exchange program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Victor obtained Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security in August 2017. Victor also obtained Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE) certification from the same institution in August 2020. Victor further expanded their skillset by obtaining ArchiMate® 3 Foundation and ArchiMate® 3 Practitioner certifications from The Open Group in July 2021. Most recently, in May 2023, they obtained the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification from The Linux Foundation.
