Victor is currently working as a Tech Lead at Linksight MPC, where they lead a team of developers in designing and delivering privacy-preserving data collaboration software using secure multi-party computation. During their time at SWYCS, they worked as a Software Engineer and developed firmware and software for an IoT gateway. Victor also worked as an iOS App Developer, both on a freelance basis for SWYCS and as an employee at Kojac CV. Victor's earliest work experience was as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft, where they assisted with a programming course for Mechanical Engineering students.

Victor Li completed their VWO at Hofstad Lyceum from 2006 to 2012. Victor then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at Delft University of Technology, graduating in 2015. Victor continued their studies at Delft University of Technology, completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from 2015 to 2018.
During their educational journey, Victor also had the opportunity to participate in a Master Exchange program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017.
