Clémence Goujon

Clémence Goujon currently serves as DRH at Linkt since July 2022. Prior to this role, Clémence Goujon spent nearly nine years at Talentsoft, progressing from Chargée de Ressources Humaines to Director of Learning and Development, where Clémence Goujon spearheaded initiatives to foster a learning and agile organization. Throughout this tenure, Clémence Goujon led various HR functions, including recruitment and training, and managed team development. Clémence Goujon has also held HR and communication roles at TF1 Publicité, PlaNet Finance, e-TF1, and AXA. Academically, Clémence Goujon is a graduate of NEOMA Business School with a Master in Management and has also completed professional coaching training at Haute Ecole De Coaching.
