Ocean Xia has a work experience that spans over several companies in the electronics industry. ocean started their career as a Hardware Engineer at FPI in June 2007 and worked there until June 2008. ocean then joined GoerTek Inc. in June 2008 as a Hardware Engineer and later took on the role of Hardware Manager from January 2011 to April 2014. From April 2014 to December 2016, they served as the R&D Director at GoerTek Inc. Currently, they are the CTO at Linner Electronics Co. since January 2017.

Ocean Xia received a Master's degree in Circuit and System from Lanzhou University. Their education at Lanzhou University spanned from 2000 to 2007.
