Kendrick Lemle

Kendrick Lemle is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing high-performing teams and driving product implementations. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at LINQ since July 2021, Kendrick focuses on enhancing development workflows, improving code quality, and delivering impactful solutions. Prior to this role, Kendrick was a Senior Consultant at HMB, where responsibilities included architecting and optimizing grants management systems while mentoring junior developers. Early career experience includes positions as a Software Developer at Agile Software Factory and a GIS intern at Owens Corning, where Kendrick honed skills in communication, project management, and technical excellence. Kendrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
