Marc Rubin

CFO at LINQ

Marc has incredible experience building and leading successful businesses through the corporate life cycle and into expansion. In his role at LINQ, he places a strong emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling and financial performance metrics. Bringing years of experience and a consistent track record to LINQ, Marc’s work history includes many senior positions at large public companies.

His early finance career began at Black & Decker before moving to a company called London Fog. From there, Marc held the position of Vice President, CFO/CAO at Sequoia Software from the company’s startup stage through growth to 250 employees. At Sequoia, he worked through a successful IPO (NASDAQ: “SQSW”) and acquisition by Citrix Systems. After Sequoia, Marc served as CFO of Sourcefire from startup, through venture capital financing and into the hyper growth stage. Sourcefire subsequently completed an IPO (NASDAQ: “FIRE”) and sale to Cisco.

More recently, Marc was part of the Executive Team at GoCanvas, an industry leader in mobile forms and work process automation. As CFO/CAO, he helped guide the business through multiple financing rounds and years of rapid revenue and headcount growth. GoCanvas was recently acquired by K1 Investment Management.

Marc holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting and an MBA from The University of Baltimore and currently lives in Maryland with his wife, son, and daughter.
