Cem Ispir is a technology manager with 20 years of experience in various roles within telecommunication and web scale service provider environments. They have a strong background in crisis management, risk management, and contingency planning, often driving multiple projects with a solution-oriented approach. Cem's past positions include System Administrator at IDEASOFT YAZILIM A.Ş. and System Manager at Teklan, among others.
