Ranjith Vijayan

Ranjith Vijayan has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ranjith is currently the General Manager, India at Linx-AS, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Terrific Minds in 2016 and held multiple positions such as Co-Founder, CIO, and Director. At Terrific Minds, they focused on implementing processes and improving productivity while aligning with the organization's IT goals. Ranjith also managed delivery, business solutioning, client management, escalation management, mentoring, employee growth tracking, business analysis, presales, and other responsibilities.

Before Terrific Minds, Ranjith worked at QBurst from 2013 to 2016 as a Presales Manager and Business Analyst. Ranjith handled mobility, custom-web, big data, and business analytics requirements. Ranjith also worked with a leading payment services provider as a Business Analyst.

From 2010 to 2013, Ranjith worked as a Business Analyst and Solution Consultant at Bahwan Cybertek Pvt Limited, focusing on National level ePayment Solutions in the Middle East and Asia. Ranjith was responsible for preparing BRD, use cases, functional test cases, FPA sizing, logical design, and solution design.

In 2012, they worked as a Business Analyst at the Ministry of Finance, Brunei, gathering requirements and preparing business requirement documents for TelBru. Ranjith also provided support in designing functional test cases and worked with the team on system testing and certification.

Ranjith started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2008. Ranjith also had a summer internship at Bank of Baroda as an MBA Summer Intern in 2009.

Ranjith pursued their MBA at IIT Madras, where they served as the Placement Representative at the Department of Management Studies. Ranjith was involved in various academic activities and valued the learning experience there.

Ranjith also had a membership at YMCA, Trivandrum from 2002 to 2006.

Ranjith Vijayan has a diverse education background. Ranjith completed their MBA in General from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 2001 to 2005. Their schooling years were spent at Arya Central School, Trivandrum, where they completed their CBSE in Science from 1987 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Ranjith Vijayan also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in May 2010.
