Andrew Ligon

Andrew Ligon is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for North America at Linxon since March 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Assistant General Counsel at 8 Rivers from November 2022 to March 2024. Andrew's earlier experience includes nearly six years at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP as an Infrastructure & Public Contracts Associate, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating various agreements related to public-private partnerships and infrastructure projects. Additionally, Andrew worked as a Corporate Associate at Baker Botts, managing legal documentation for a state pension fund, and gained valuable experience as a Summer Tax Associate at McDermott Will & Emery and a Legal Intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
