David Beyer

David Beyer has extensive work experience in the legal field. David'smost recent role is the Head of Legal & Contract Management Linxon Americas at Linxon, a position they started in June 2022. Before that, they worked at Siemens from 2015 to 2022, holding various roles including Senior Commercial Counsel & Lead Lawyer at Siemens Distribution Systems USA and Attorney; Lead Lawyer, Siemens Distribution Systems. David also worked as an Attorney; Legal Counsel at Transmission Solutions and as the Head of Large Power Contract Management in Execution at Siemens Distribution Systems.

Prior to their time at Siemens, Beyer worked at Siemens Energy from 2010 to 2015. Here, they held the position of Attorney; Head of Gas Turbine Contract Management in Execution and was responsible for leading a team that supported project implementation of gas turbine equipment supply contracts in multiple countries.

Before entering the corporate sector, Beyer gained legal experience at LITCHFORD & CHRISTOPHER, PA, where they worked as an Associate Attorney specializing in complex civil litigation. Additionally, they served as a Law Clerk at the Florida First District Court of Appeal for various judges.

David Beyer attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Florida State University College of Law, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
