The Project Management team at Linxon is responsible for overseeing the execution of turnkey electrical AC substation projects, ensuring successful delivery from design through to after-sales support. They coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines and budgets, and address any challenges that arise during project execution, all while fostering collaboration between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver high-quality solutions for renewable and conventional power generation.
