Racquel Condra

Racquel Condra has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Racquel began their career in 2002 as a Referral and Pre-cert Coordinator at St. Louis Medical Clinic. Racquel then moved to the same clinic in 2005 as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. In 2005, they also began working as a CMN Representative at Barnes Jewish Hospital Home Care. In 2007, they became a Benefits Coordinator at Barnes Jewish Hospital-Corporate. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an HR Employee Service Coordinator at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. In 2013, they moved to BJC Corporate as an HR Coordinator. In 2015, they became a Talent Service Coordinator at BJC HealthCare. In 2018, they joined Linxup as a Human Resources Supervisor and an HR Generalist, providing full scope recruitment and administrative support to the recruitment operation department, performing generalist functions, and providing guidance to the management team and employees on employee relations issues.

Racquel Condra has a diverse educational background. Racquel began their studies in 1986 at Normandy Senior High, where they earned a diploma in General Studies. In 2000, they continued their education at Missouri College, where they earned a Certificate in Business Administration with a focus in Business Administration. Finally, in 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University.
