Daniel Bayley is currently the Director of Transformation & Analytics at LIO, where they support functional leaders in delivering operational transformation and data-driven decision-making since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Growth at Marblar, leading user acquisition and marketing strategies from 2013 to 2014, and as an Ambassador for the Oxbridge Biotech Roundtable from 2012 to 2013, where they developed and promoted events in London. Daniel also worked as a Consultant at A.T. Kearney from 2015 to 2019 and was the Head of Insights & Outcomes at Oxehealth from 2022 to 2025. They earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry with First Class Honours from University College London, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
