Lion Elastomers
Solomon Tang has over 25 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Solomon started their career at Dupont Dow Elastomers, LLC in 2003 as a Technology Associate. In 2005, they joined Twinstar Trading as the Chief Technology Officer where they stayed until 2011. During their time at Twinstar Trading, they were responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies. In 2011, they joined Lion Elastomers as a Research Fellow and TS&D Manager Asia-Pacific. Throughout their career, Solomon has gained expertise in product and applications development for ethylene elastomers, with a focus on EPDM, EO, and EB copolymers. Solomon has also provided technical service to customers to resolve new applications or quality issues. Solomon has a strong background in research and development and has held leadership positions in this field.
Solomon Tang earned their Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron, where they attended from 1977 to 1981.
