Aaron Browning has extensive experience in customer experience and digital strategy, currently serving as the CX Strategy & Automation Leader at Lion since February 2013. Browning has held multiple roles at Lion, including Digital CX Strategy Lead, Digital Product Lead, and User Experience Lead. Prior to Lion, Browning worked at IBM as a Project Coordinator and Sales Operations Assistant. Aaron Browning obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2012, and attended Marist College North Shore from 2000 to 2006.
