Albertus L. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Albertus started their career as a Finance Bursar in Anglo Platinum in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Albertus then joined Mars Petcare as a Marketing Graduate in 2009. In 2010, they joined Mondelēz International and worked as a Brand Manager for their biscuit and treat line (Oreo) until 2013, and later as a Brand Manager for their chocolate line (Cadbury) until 2012. Albertus then moved to Kellogg Company in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Brand Manager for the Masterbrand and Ready to Eat Cereals until 2014. Albertus returned to Mondelēz International in 2014 and held various roles, including Senior Brand Manager for Central East Africa (Gum & Candy), Regional Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (Gum), and Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (Gum and Candy). Their most recent position is at PepsiCo, where they worked as the Head of Consumer Insights and Strategy from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Albertus is the Brand Director at Lion starting in 2022.
Albertus L. completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Johannesburg in 2005. Albertus then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing, also at the University of Johannesburg, from 2005 to 2007, graduating with Cum Laude honors. In 2008, Albertus completed their studies at the University of Johannesburg with a Bcom Honours degree in Marketing, achieving Cum Laude honors once again. Additionally, Albertus obtained a certification in Squared Online from Squared Online in 2018.
