Chereen Williams is a People & Culture Business Partner currently shaping culture and enhancing performance within the supply chain team at Lion. Previously, they have held various HR roles across notable companies, including South African Breweries and The South African Breweries, where they led HR initiatives across multiple sites in Africa. With a strong background in industrial psychology and a Master’s degree from the University of Johannesburg, Chereen specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive engagement, talent development, and organizational excellence. Their extensive experience includes coaching senior leaders and implementing strategic HR processes to foster high performance and cultural change.
