Christopher Sproats has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Brewery Director for Tooheys at Lion since October 2007, and previously holding multiple technical and leadership roles within the company. Earlier career highlights include positions such as Process Improvement Leader at Anheuser-Busch and various managerial roles at Canterbury and Speight's Breweries and Pride Brewery. Christopher holds a Master Brewer degree from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, along with a brewing diploma and additional qualifications in Business and Microbiology from the University of Sydney.
