Karli Small

Karli Small is currently a TAFE Brewing Teacher at TAFE NSW, where they continue to share their extensive knowledge of brewing. Previously, Karli held several key positions at Lion, including Brewing Technical and Performance Leader, Brewing Team Leader, and Laboratory Technician. They also served as the Brewing Manager at Bell’s Brewery and Head Brewer and Production Manager at The Grifter Brewing Co. Karli’s educational background includes a Master Brewer program and a Diploma of Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of South Australia.
