Keren Ward

Keren Ward is an accomplished Supply Chain Director at Lion, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations for Lion NZ, including brewery, beverage, and winery functions, while fostering high-performance teams and driving transformational improvements. Previously, Keren served as Brewery Director for NZ's largest brewery and smaller facilities, emphasizing team engagement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). At McCormick & Company, Keren led a continuous improvement program focusing on TPM, digitalization, and workforce transformation, and held various operational leadership roles, contributing to significant enhancements in safety, quality, and productivity. Keren's early career included positions at Fonterra, where foundational expertise in food science and dairy technology was developed, supported by a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant disciplines from The University of Auckland and Massey University.
