Natalie Ng is an experienced NPD Specialist at Lion, specializing in liquid development and project management for new beer and premix alcoholic RTD products since February 2018. Previously, Natalie worked as a Beverage Development Technologist, focusing on creating new alcoholic premix beverages for the Australian market. As a Supply Chain Graduate, Natalie gained diverse experience through rotations in roles such as Malt Shovel Brewer, Tooheys Shift Technical Officer, and development support for SAP rollout in New Zealand. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Specialist at Nike, where customer experience was prioritized, and as a Food Technologist Intern at Lotus & Ming. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Food Science and Nutrition from UNSW, completed in 2017.
