Paul Flatt

Paul Flatt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including supply chain, asset lifecycle management, and executive recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Network at Lion since July 2023, Flatt is responsible for the warehousing and distribution network in New Zealand, focusing on strategic planning and partnership development. Previously, Flatt held significant leadership roles at Iron Mountain, including Regional Director APAC for Asset Lifecycle Management and General Manager for New Zealand and Secure Shred Australia, overseeing operations across 14 countries and managing critical business functions. Past positions include Managing Director at Wheeler Campbell Consulting Limited and Care Direct, and Associate Director at OCG Consulting Ltd. Flatt holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSocSc in Psychology and Management from The University of Waikato.
