Peter Twinem

Peter Twinem has extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industry, currently serving as a Sales Representative at Lion since January 2024. Previously, Peter worked as a Food Beverage Coordinator at Metcash from March to December 2023 and held the position of Business Development Manager at both Australian Liquor Marketers and Gateway Liquor from 2022 to 2023 and 2020 to 2022, respectively. Peter's career also includes roles such as Bar Experience Manager at Swissôtel Sydney and Outlets Manager at Elements of Byron, where management of three outlets at a five-star resort was a key responsibility. Earlier experiences feature positions as Restaurant Bar Manager at Amigos Mexican Grill, Food and Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, and a Food and Beverage Intern at Forest Highlands Golf Club. Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Saddleback College.
