Tom Rymill

Tom Rymill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tom started their career at BDO in Australia as a Senior Auditor from January 2004 to February 2007. Tom then moved to Talent2, where they worked as a Commercial Analyst in the Middle East Recruitment division from March 2007 to June 2009. Tom then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst and Treasurer from June 2009 to June 2010. Later, they became a Commercial Manager in the Learning Division from June 2010 to October 2011.

In 2011, Tom joined Lion, where they held several positions. Tom started as a Commercial Analyst in the Supply Chain from November 2011 to May 2013. Tom then became a Senior Commercial Analyst for the On Premise sector from May 2013 to June 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a Commercial Manager in Pricing from July 2014 to September 2015. From September 2015 to April 2018, they served as a Commercial Manager for Global Markets & Ecomm at Lion. Tom then took on the role of Commercial Manager at Endeavour Drinks from April 2018 to May 2021. Following this, they became the Consumer & Revenue Growth Manager at Lion from May 2021 to November 2021. Tom then worked as the Commercial Director, FP&A from November 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance - Sales at Lion, starting from May 2023 (ongoing).

Tom Rymill attended Newington College from 1991 to 2000. Tom then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of Technology Sydney from 2001 to 2003. Tom also completed a program at the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2004 to 2006.
