Jayme Cimini is a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Human Resources with over 15 years of experience in driving transformative HR strategies for global and high-growth organizations. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Lionel LLC, Jayme partners with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with business goals and has successfully led organizational transformations and DEI initiatives. Previously, Jayme held key HR roles, including Director of Human Resources at Champion Media LLC, where they managed HR functions for over 300 employees. Jayme holds a Master of Arts in Business and Human Resources Management from American Public University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Mount Olive.
