Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at Information Resources Incorporated. In 2001, they joined RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company, where they held various roles including Marketing Coordinator, Associate Buyer, Buyer-Procurment, and Lead Marketing Manager. In 2009, they moved to Pure Fishing and worked there as a Brand Manager until 2012. Since 2013, Mike has been with Lionel LLC, initially as a Sr. Director of Marketing and currently serving as the Sr. Vice-President / General Manager.

Mike Phillips earned their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Appalachian State University, starting in 1995 and completing it in 1999. During their time at Appalachian State University, they pursued a BSBA degree in Management. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, Mike attended Wake Forest University School of Business, where they obtained an MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing.
