John Reale

John (JR) Reale is an accomplished finance and venture capital professional with extensive experience in investment, corporate development, and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Starting with foundational roles at Morgan Stanley and Avalon Advisors, John transitioned to positions in renewable energy with Green Star Energy LLC and held significant leadership roles at Behavioral Recognition Systems, Inc. as COO and Chief Strategy Officer. Currently, John is actively involved as an investor and board member in multiple companies, including Luma Health and QuotaPath, while also serving as a Senior Fellow at Babson College and Managing Director at The Ion. With a strong commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, John has contributed to numerous accelerator programs and innovation initiatives, shaping the entrepreneurial landscape in Houston and beyond.
