Corii Berg is a highly experienced legal professional who currently serves as General Counsel at Lionsgate. Prior to joining Lionsgate, Berg held various high-ranking positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment for nearly two decades. Berg also has experience as a Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, as well as Buchalter. Berg holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Cum Laude, in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
