John Biondo

John Biondo is an accomplished legal and business affairs executive with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Since October 2007, John has held various senior roles at Lionsgate, including Executive Vice President and Head of Business & Legal Affairs, Acquisitions, Co-Productions, and Finance, as well as Executive Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to Lionsgate, John served as Business and Legal Affairs Executive at Mandate Pictures from February 2005 to September 2007 and held the position of Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at both Infinity Media and Inferno Distribution and First Look Studios between 2000 and 2005. John Biondo earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University, Fullerton.
